In just 4 sessions (12 hours), you will practice real situations, improve your communication, and develop confidence in English for everyday hotel interactions.

• Handling Requests: Understanding and responding to guest needs, managing reservations, and giving clear information.

• Problem-Solving: Managing complaints, clarifying details, and staying professional under pressure.

• Service Promotion: Recommending hotel facilities, services, and local attractions in English.

 

By the end of the course, you will:

• Handle typical hotel situations confidently.
