Professional Correspondence
- Tuesday 22nd of October from 9 a.m until 11 a.mr: Reservation confirmations and changes
- Thursday 24th of October from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m: Morning mail and weekly program

Basics of Speaking
- Tuesday 5th of November from 9 a.m until 11 a.m: Welcoming guests at check in and bidding farewell at check out
