- Thursday 17th of October from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m: Managing written complaints (analysis, understanding, responding)

 

Professional Correspondence

- Tuesday 22nd of October from 9 a.m until 11 a.mr: Reservation confirmations and changes

- Thursday 24th of October from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m: Morning mail and weekly program

 

Part 2: SPEAKING

Basics of Speaking

- Tuesday 5th of November from 9 a.m until 11 a.m: Welcoming guests at check in and bidding farewell at check out

- Thursday 7th of November from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m: Small talk and everyday conversation

 

Professional Communication

- Tuesday 12th of November from 9 a.m until 11 a.m: Directions, recommendations, tips

- Thursday 14th of November from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m: Actively selling additional services at check-in (e.g., massages, guided hikes etc.)

Basics of Listening

Advanced Listening

- Thursday 28th of November from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m: Dealing with complex inquiries and spelling words and names correctly

 

Part 4: ADVANCED SKILLS
