Eröffnet wird die diesjährige „Eisacktaler Kost“ am Donnerstag, den 4. März, um 11 Uhr in den Lauben von Sterzing. Dort präsentiert sich jeder teilnehmende Gastbetrieb mit einem Schautisch, und Einheimische und Gäste können ein typisches Gericht verkosten.
